Hold Video Conferences Anywhere, Anytime

HDVC Mobile, a specialised HDVC application for iOS™, Android™ or Windows™, can be used to take part in video conferences anywhere using your tablet, smartphone or computer. Even without VPN, you can connect via the cloud when on the go. It can link simultaneously to two different networks, an intranet and NAT Traversal service, enabling videoconferencing with participants both on and off company premises. By Connecting HD Visual Communication Multi-Point Connection Software (HDVC-MPCS, hereinafter), it supports up to 16 multi-point visual communications.

*HDVC Mobile is required for video conferencing using Android™ mobile devices and Windows computers. HDVC Mobile is a free application. Download it at the bottom of this page.

Connect to Conferences on the Go

• You can take part in videoconferences while you are on the go by using a mobile device or a Windows computer.

Videoconferences from Home
You can also hold a videoconference with your office staff while you work at home. Unlike phone calls and e-mail messages, this smooth communication makes you feel like you are in the same room, greatly boosting work efficiency.
 

Easy Installation

After installation of HDVC Mobile, initial registration of your terminal on the NAT Traversal Service is necessary. Start up HDVC Mobile and register the Mobile Activation Key information
(Activation Key No., Registration ID) according to guidance displayed on your terminal screen.

Please keep the Mobile Activation Key information (Activation Key No., Registration ID) if it will be necessary to change your terminal.

Licenses

This product is licensed under the AVC Patent Portfolio License. This license permits the end user to perform, for personal and non-commercial use, only the following actions:

• Encode video in compliance with the AVC Standard (below, "AVC Video").
• Decode AVC Video that was encoded by a consumer engaged in personal and non-commercial activity.
• Decode AVC Video obtained from a video provider licensed to provide AVC Video.

Additional information may be obtained from MPEG LA, LLC.

Hardware and Software Requirements:
CPU: Core i5 or higher, Memory: 2GB or higher
OS: Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 8.1
Display Resolution: 1,280 x 720 pixels or higher

• HDVC Mobile lets you connect with up to 16 locations at once through HDVC-MPCS.
• HDVC Mobile cannot be used with 3G devices because the bandwidth is likely to be insufficient.
• The paid activation key cannot be returned for a refund once it has been used.

For iOS

• Connection between the HD Visual Communications System and iOS terminals is a 1:1 connection. iOS terminals cannot be connected to each other.
• The communication bandwidth for the iOS terminal may be limited by the packet amount. For details, please contact your Internet service provider.
• The packet amount for the iOS terminal may increase due to the sending and receiving of motion images. This should be considered when concluding the communications contract with your Internet service provider.
• A bandwidth that supports 256 Kbps or more is required to use HDVC Mobile for sending and receiving images and sound (for QVGA video and G.722 monaural audio).

For Android™

• Connection between the HD Visual Communications System and Android™ terminals is a 1:1 connection. Android™ terminals cannot be connected to each other.
• The communication bandwidth for the Android™ terminal may be limited by the packet amount. For details, please contact your Internet service provider.
• The packet amount for the Android™ terminal may increase due to the sending and receiving of motion images. This should be considered when concluding the communications contract with your Internet service provider.
